Heritage Overland ships all domestic and international orders via USPS. We also use Fedex Ground on large, heavy items when the customer requests this service. Tracking numbers are provided by email at the time of shipment. If you would like to use a FEDEX or UPS account, or need an item overnighted, please email us immediately after placing the order at email@example.com.
The customer assumes responsibility for any additional charges on rejected packages. Heritage Overland is not responsible for customs fees incurred from imported goods. Any shipping charges incurred due to exchange or returns for store credit are the responsibility of the customer.
*International packages shipped using USPS cannot be tracked once they reach international customs, therefore Heritage Overland will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages if USPS is selected.
Shipping prices are calculated based on real-time courier rates plus handling.
International shipping can be very expensive. That's why we offer flat rate $50 shipping on orders $200 or more. If you'd like a less expensive form of shipment for orders less than $200, please email us and we can ship orders via USPS First Class International under 4 pounds for much less. However, this method can take several weeks or months to arrive. Once the package leaves our doors, we have no control over it, especially once it enters your country. This service does not come with a tracking number.

We diligently work to keep our goods in stock, but please understand we generally work with small producers who make our goods in small runs, to order. While this allows us to carefully control quality, from time to time we have to wait while a product is being made. Thank you!
